A Georgia native, Lisa Norris enters her third year at the Scrap Yard. She graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor Degree in Communications. While at UNC, Lisa coached a 10U Girls Soccer team and participated in Carolina Outreach, volunteering at the UNC Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, and Habitat for Humanity.


She is currently the Director of Operations for the Scrap Yard Fast Pitch youth organizations and Assistant Coach for the 18U Scrap Yard Internationals.

Lisa is also the manager for DL Threads, a Scrap Yard company that designs, prints, and sews full custom uniforms.

Lisa loves spending all of her free time with her four dogs, Nala, Jasmine, Tessa, and Jackie, in addition to her two cats, Thor and Lilly. She also loves reading, sewing, and shopping.
