14 SYFP Athletes Invited to USA WNT Tryout

Conroe, TX – October 3rd, 2018 – Scrap Yard Fast Pitch is honored and proud to announce that fourteen athletes from the 2018 roster have been invited to the USA Softball Women’s National Team tryout in January! Athletes will travel to Clearwater, Florida for a six-day long selection process where they will participate in position drills and simulated games between all athletes invited. All of the SYFP athletes invited have been a pivotal part of USA’s rosters in the past, including nine players earning a gold medal at the WBSC World Championship in Chiba, Japan this past August.
